If you find a favorite, place a ‘HOLD’ for the number of slabs your project requires. It happens all the time when an hour later there’s no longer enough slabs to do a project. Customers are responsible for viewing, selecting, and inspecting their materials. Once final details are confirmed for cutting, all sales become final. Please note that natural stone colorations may vary. Our digital images used in brochures, web addresses or emails serve as color samples only. It’s essential for customers to notify us if they wish to view/inspect materials before cutting begins. Our sales agents process orders without knowing if customers viewed selections in person and are not on site where slabs are delivered for fabrication. We cannot alter the surface or color of a slab during fabrication. Natural variations may result in unexpected outcomes when relying solely on digital imaging. It’s the customer’s responsibility to arrange viewings before final confirmation.
